The Wicked Forest: Casis, the Old Barn

Every village needs a place for animals to shelter during harsh weather and to gather the harvest. Casis, even as timeworn as it is, still serves this purpose for the inhabitants of the Wicked Forest. Adventurous sorts may find more than goats and barley if they dare.

Home to beasts and harvest the village barn is the single largest structure in the Wicked Forest with a footprint of 7-7/8" x 6" and rising 5 1/8" into the air. Walls feature laser etched wood planks and the roof detail is tiling. The crooked building has several holes and shifting window & door frames. The doors and roof are removable to allow interior play. The hayloft is also removable to provide better access to the floor.


The Wicked Forest: Nasdra, Wise One's Dwelling

Long time gone Nasdra came to these woods. She built her holding from the stones of the earth and tallest of trees, binding earth and sky to her will. From each who abides here she takes payment; fur and wool, grain and fruit, blood and bone. All based on what they can least afford to lose.

Nasdra, Wise One's Dwelling, is a two story house on a 5" x 3-3/4" base and reaches a height of 6" to the peaked roof. The lower floor has etched stone details. The upper story, which overhangs the ground floor, features wood plank detailing. The structure sports several broken sections and missing stones. The doors and roof are removable to allow interior play.

The Wicked Forest: Amich on High

Amich on High rests upon four strong pillars of native stone. Some say Amich raised them against a flood. Others that he built many man heights and only now has it sunk to this level. Fewer still know the stones were always there marking the tomb of a a restless wraith. Whether Amich seeks to confine the spirit or leash it, only Amich knows.

Amich on High is a raised house approximately 3 1/2" square with an external stair that changes the base to 3 1/2" x 6". There is 37 mm (~1.5") of clearance between the base and floor. The entire structure stands 6" tall. The pillars have etched stone details while the house uses wood plank and tile. Doors, windows and walls are crooked or distressed. The doors and roof are removable to allow interior play.


The Wicked Forest: Ayka, Cropper's Cottage

Ayka was the first to settle in this land. Her descendants still till the few sun touched glens and herd black goats among dappled shadows. This simple cottage, copied many times by early settlers, still hosts her children's children's children.

Ayka, Cropper's Cottage, rests on a 4 1/2" x 3 1/2" base and measures 4 1/2" to its peaked roof. The cottage features laser etched details of planks, tiles, and removable doors. The roof is removable allow interior play.

The Wicked Forest: Caje, the Twin's Way

Caje was born different. Called one-in-two, they dwelt in the same small home as the same small family among the same small glens. Their only concession to their spouses, the separate, yet twinned entrances.

Caje is a small L-shaped cottage where each leg of the "L" is 4 1/2". Each of the roof tops also reach 4 1/2" high. Details include wood plank walls, plank doors and roof with etched tile. The doors and roof are removable to allow interior play.
